Move from Local to Sequence

Move an XL1 application from an isolated local chain to the shared Sequence testnet.

Before switching:

1. Remove hardcoded local URLs and ports.

2. Select SequenceNetwork through the public SDK.

3. Confirm the displayed chain and account before signing.

4. Fund only the Sequence test account.

5. Repeat payload, finality, reconnect, and failure-path tests.
